Singing in a group offers significant benefits for both mental and physical health. It can reduce stress, improve lung function and boost the immune system. It is also great fun!
New members are always welcome - just turn up one Tuesday, or else contact the facilitator using the link above. There is plenty of space to park at the Solihull Methodist Church Hall, so come along and join us.
The facilitator for this group is Pam W.
The Zingari Singers comprise members from several Solihull u3a groups. We sing for an hour and afterwards there is the opportunity to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit and then chat until 3.30 if you don't have to rush off. An email is sent out a few days before each session informing members which songs we will be singing, so new members should provide their email address and telephone number to the facilitator. Printed word sheets are provided.
You don't have to be an amazing singer, everyone is welcome to join in and enjoy the experience of singing in a group.
