If you wish to undertake gentle exercise, Tai Chi can improve flexibility, circulation, breathing and general well-being.

For those with balance issues, there is an option to sit while doing the exercises. Tai Chi is often recommended for older adults, as it can help to reduce the suffering experienced in chronic pain conditions.
